SUMMARY:Noxious Weed Training
DESCRIPTION:Meet at the Benton County Noxious Weed Control Board office and shop\, 1841 Terminal Dr. Richland\, WA 99354. The Weed Board office is located at the Richland Airport on the Bronco Lane end of the Northwest Restoration Building. Give yourself a little extra time for finding it. The phone number at the Weed Board office is 509 943-6005 and their email is bcnwcb@frontier.com. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTraining will be provided by the Benton County Noxious Weed Control Board\, Native Plant Society\, and Friends of Badger Mountain. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe goal is education about invasive weeds\, especially the particularly harmful ones classified as Noxious Weeds. The focus will be on the several species that are infesting our local communities\, and the ridgeline preserves of Badger and Candy Mountains.
