For this work party we’ll be working on finishing the trail into the new parking lot. This will include building a rock wall where the trail will come down in the parking lot, raking out and then graveling the last 400 feet of trail, and a few other tasks.

We will be meeting at 9 AM at the Candy Mountain Preserve Trailhead parking lot. We like people to tell us they are coming so we can plan the work and have the tools available. Volunteers should bring work gloves, snacks and water, and dress for the weather forecast. Tools are provided. There is little work for those 12 and under, it is hard to keep them on task for 4 hours.
