The Inter-Mountain Alpine Club, with the Tri-City Court Club and REI, is once again sponsoring the Reel Rock Film Tour. Proceeds will be donated to Friends of Badger. Tickets are $10 in advance from REI in Kennewick, or $12 at the door. This event sold out last year, so don't wait to get your ticket!
Monday, December 21, is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. A group will be going up the Canyon Trail, leaving from the lower (unpaved!) parking lot at 3:20 PM to watch from the top the sunset at 4:13 PM. Bundle up, and bring a flashlight for the trip down.
